Analyst Verdict 1-2-3
WONDER seemingly found the application of cheekpieces doing something for him when running out a cosy winner at Southwell 8 days ago. A 4 lb rise looks fair and he's a big player under Billy Loughnane. Fellow last-time-out scorer Charlie's Choice is next best, ahead of 4-time C&D winner Party Island and in-form Damascus Steel.

WONDER Billy Loughnane
Returned from a short break as good as ever, first-time cheekpieces seemingly doing something for him when cosily adding to his tally in 11-runner handicap at Southwell (12f) 8 days ago. 4 lb rise looks fair and another bold bid expected. Position Prediction: 1

CHARLIE'S CHOICE Taryn Langley (5)
Consistent on all-weather this winter and he showed an impressive change of gear when resuming winning ways over 13f here 7 days ago, nailing a prominently-ridden one. Of firm interest again following a 2 lb rise. Position Prediction: 2
Trainer : Denis Coakley Age/weight: 9 / 9-6 Form : 4580228-4 Days off: 24 Wearing : cheekpieces

PARTY ISLAND (IRE) George Bass
4-time C&D winner who dispelled a lesser effort whilst promising more than he delivered when fourth in an 11f handicap at Kempton at the start of the month. Now sports first-time cheekpieces which could help and he lines up on last winning mark. Position Prediction: 3
